Massage
Sports massage is a treatment designed for the intensive performance and movement of muscles. It can be used preventively, preparatively, regeneratively, locally, target-orientated, for injuries, tension or generally to relieve symptoms (e.g. sore muscles), before or after sports activities. Muscle tension is increased or reduced by taping, kneading, shaking or lymphatic drainage. This technique supports the organism (including the oxygen supply, the circulation and the removal of toxins) and therefore benefiting the athlete during and after performance.
