Fascia
Fascia are connective tissue structures, i.e. a network of skins of different thicknesses, overlapping, seamlessly merging into one another, They envelop muscles, bones, organs and nerves. Even the lymph is directed between the fascia. The daily repetitive movements are one-sided and people use only a fraction of what their joints actually allow them to do. The quotidian growing demands can place additional strain on the psyche. All theses factors lead to changed fascia structures, that become dense and firm, i.e. sticky. The result is tension, which causes pain.
