Eine Massage ist immer ganzheitlich zu betrachten, sprich Körper, Geist und Seele. My Story My roots are in France and Germany and I now live in Spain on the wonderful Costa del Sol. I speak French, German, Spanish, English, Italian and Turkish. I am interested in different healing methods and the well-being of other people from an early age. I completed my education in Sports and Wellness Massage in Germany, as well as some seminars such as Triggerpoint Massage, Fascia Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Traditionel Tibetan Massage (First part), Sports Taping (Kinesiotaping), Reflexology, Lymphatic Massage, Russian Tibetan Honey Massage and Gua Sha and others... I deepened my further knowledge in Spain, thanks to very informative courses such as Craniosacral Therapy, the Cycle of Integrative Regenerative Theraphy TIR and the Rhythm of Life TLR. Personally, a massage should always be seen holistically, i.e. body, mind and soul. Everything is connected. The human body is a network that cannot be viewed separately. The soul expresses itself through what is known body language. This can be equated with the complaints that we are shown and want to make us aware of our inner being. The Spirit gives us faith and trust. The soul that has now been seen can decide for itself whether it can and wants to tackle the theme shown or whether it still needs time. But by recognizing the theme, people have the opportunity to relax more consciously and give their life more quality again. Massage allows me to support people in this. I also collaborate with some doctors and physiotherapists in the area of rehabilitation after serious illnesses or orthopedic operations and with some sports camps with their holiday athletes. I work remotely in the area of Alhaurin de la Torre, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, La Cala de Mijas, Riviera del Sol, Calahonda, Elviria, Marbella, Puerto Banus, San Pedro.
- Cranio Sacral Therapy | My Site
Craniosacral Therapy The craniosacral therapy is a soft method conducted from the skull (cranio) to the sacral area and the feet. The flow of brain fluid (cerebrospinal fluid) is often underestimated, yet its rhythm is transmitted to the entire body, influencing the person. The gentle touch enables the release of the blockages and tension patterns, supporting the process of self-regulation. Stress-related and psychosomatic everyday complaints, chronic pain conditions or many other symptoms can be alleviated. The harmony between body, mind and soul can be regenerated.
- Deep Tissue Massage | My Site
Deep Tissue Massage Deep tissue massage is a treatment that involves loosening the deep muscles, tendons and fascia from their adhesions using the fingers, the ball of the hand and the forearm. Slow movements, pressure, stretching and firm stroking movements attain the inner layers of the connective tissue and muscles. This process improves blood circulation. The tension in muscles, tendons and fascia eases up, the scar tissue is loosened, the chronic pain is alleviated, the stress and the possible anxiety are reduced. People feel better and their quality of life increases again.
- Sports Massage | My Site
Sports- Massage Sports massage is a treatment designed for the intensive performance and movement of muscles. It can be used preventively, preparatively, regeneratively, locally, target-orientated, for injuries, tension or generally to relieve symptoms (e.g. sore muscles), before or after sports activities. Muscle tension is increased or reduced by taping, kneading, shaking or lymphatic drainage. This technique supports the organism (including the oxygen supply, the circulation and the removal of toxins) and therefore benefiting the athlete during and after performance.
- Reflex Points/ Zones | My Site
Reflexpunkte/-zonen stehen über Nervenbahnen in Verbindung mit den Organen und Muskelgruppen Reflex Points/ Zones The reflex zones are points (zones) of the human body that were discovered many centuries ago by various people. They are connected to the organs and to the muscle groups via nerve pathways. The most well-known are the foot, the hand and the ear reflex points (zones). The facial and the back reflex points (zones) are less known and felt. Not only the body parts (areas) are reflected in the respective reflex zones. The tissue has hardened in the affected areas (e.g. foot), so it can be felt easily.
- Gua Sha | My Site
Gua Sha unterstützt die Durchblutung und den Lymphfluss, somit die Entgiftung Gua Sha Gua Sha is an ancient healing method widely used in East Asia and Southeast Asia. Using a rounded jade scraper, the oiled skin is scraped several times along the muscles and/or meridians. This technique opens the blood capillaries, promotes blood circulation, stimulates the lymph and supports the body in detoxification. The resulting redness of the skin disappears after 2-4 days. The patient experiences relief and noticeable change immediately after the treatment. Excreted toxins that cause the redness, i.e. "bad" blood
- Russian Tibetan Honey Massage | My Site
Russian-Tibetan Honey Massage Honey massage has its origins in Russia and Tibet and has been used in very ancient traditions. The honey pH value is similar to that of the skin, contains many vitamins and minerals and has an antibacterial effect. Forest honey is the most preferred honey for the massage because it has less sugar and does not crystallize as quickly. The honey allows a kind of pumping and raising the skin technique with the hands that is applied via reflex zones and meridians. This promotes blood circulation, stimulates metabolism, purifies the body and detoxifies the tissue. The massage strengthens the nervous system and the energy flow, the immune system is reactivated. While the massage can be a little painful, it has an amazing healing effect on overall well-being. The dissolved toxins and the remaining honey are then removed with warm water. Additionally, the skin becomes tender and soft. Beneficial for body, mind and soul. Excreted toxins with the remaining honey

- Trigger Points | My Site
Triggerpunkte sind kleinste Knoten/Muskelgewebsverdickungen, die zu Bewegungseinschränkungen führen Trigger Points Trigger points are the smallest knots and thickenings in the muscle tissue. The daily demands, the often one-sided posture, the frequent lack of exercise can lead to a diminished blood supply in the deeper muscle fibers. The resulting pain can occur and be felt at the location of the pain point (trigger point), but also in completely different regions. Injuries in general, inflammations, joint blockages, sleepless or restless nights with additional everyday restrictions and even immobility are inevitable consequences. This restricted movement conducts to the formation of further trigger points forming an eternal, never-ending cycle. Since the muscles are surrounded by fascia, they are also referred to as myofascial (myo=muscle) trigger points or myofascial pain syndrome.
- Craniosacral System | My Site
Das Cranio Sacral System ist ein eigenes System, das die Hirn-Rückenmarkflüssigkeit in einem eigenen Rhythmus steuert Craniosacral System The craniosacral system is a separate, self-contained system that extends from the skull (cranium) to the sacral bone. It also includes the meninges of the brain and spinal cord, the spine, the central nervous system and the connected fascia . The cerebrospinal fluid also flows within this system, carrying essential nutrients from the blood into the nerve tissue and also acting as a shock absorber to protect against impacts. The central nervous system controls our physical and emotional state. This entire system relies on the unimpeded rhythmic flow of cerebrospinal fluid. This is called the craniosacral rhythm and can be felt. However, if this rhythm is disrupted by certain life influences, sleep problems, exhaustion, stress-related or psychosomatic complaints, chronic pain or many other symptoms can become noticeable.
- Fascia Massage | My Site
Die Faszien Massage ermöglicht wieder eine bessere Durchblutung, dadurch eine Verbesserung des Stoffwechselprozesses, mehr Elastizität und Spannkraft Fascia Massage The fascia massage includes targeted pushing, pulling and kneading movements utilizing the fingertips, the pads/balls of the hands, the open fist and the forearm. The pressure introduced into the tissue is applied slowly, akin to squeezing out a sponge. Through these targeted movements the metabolic processes are changing, the blood circulation is promoted, the connective tissue is remodeling and the elasticity and the resilience of the fascia is increasing. The body gains greater freedom of movement.
